For me, it would be Hiroshi Watanabe (Quadra, nite system, DJ FX, DJ Mazinger, Crunky Boy, and a few others), and, even though he didn't do that many songs, Hiroshi Takeyasu (who did Ska a Go Go, Love So Groovy, Prince on a Star, Overdoser, and some others)

Together, those two made some of the best songs in 5key Beatmania, and it would be nice to see them in some more recent PnM/IIDX games
