I'm doing a comp sci project that requires a snippet of an image of a bunch of steps. Can I use a small section of one of the stepfile images, such as

bemanistyle.com step file parser

I don't plan on using the whole thing. Thanks.

If you're curious, my project is a machine learning approach to placing steps to an unknown song. It's getting some okay results so far.
