if you go to sushiya, make sure to sit at the counter and order directly to the chef for all-you-can-eat.
the reason for this is, there's a 1-hour limit to FINISHING all the food you order. if you sit at a table, they give you an order sheet and all the food comes out at once. in which case, your 2nd round of food will be towards the end of your 1-hour and they'll fuck you in the wallet by charging you regular price for everything you have left over. doesn't matter if you have one bite of a plate left -- they charge full.
so if you sit at the counter, you can order as soon as you finish your one plate of sushi rolls, and order the next one. you can keep a better track of things.
