Btw, the "Mederi" mentioned there is actually "Medeli", which is what the Ion kits really are. Many companies buy them and rebrand them...Simmons, Ion, Drumdouche, etc.....(ok, I made the last one up).

Of course, it's really the brain that matters. If the brain works with DTXMania, and your drums work with the brain, you're set.

As most/all drum brains have programmable input sensitivity, the drums will work with basically anything.........except for maybe the on/off kick pedal, but really it's a hi-hat pedal anyway...so you'd wanna buy a kick trigger, and use the pedal for rhythmic millinery.
