Well, the PS2 has been out for way longer :P The last PS2 version came out at the end of 2006... Not to mention, the PS2 is a platform near the end of its life, so I'm not holding my breath for more PS2 Taiko games, given how well the Wii version is apparently doing (and it looks like its sold out AGAIN... I got mine from the second shipment in play-asia). I figure Taiko will be on the Wii for the rest of its lifetime at this rate.
About the PS2 versions, the last two versions had 48 songs each, and the average PS2 JP version has about 40+ songs, excluding old mixes and the anime-songs-only game. The English version has only 33. I guess if I wanted access to more mixes at the present time, I'd go after the PS2 versions... |
