With or without Landon's upgrade kit, it sounds like Winnipeg will be getting a IIDX machine in the near future, and it will certainly get a lot of plays from all the players there. Vancouver's location is actually what hurts the IIDX RED, really...not many players want to go all the way to Richmond it seems, and I can see why. It's a long way compared to CHQ or CC or wherever.
The initial cost is high, but so was E-Spots...I somehow doubt they've broke even on theirs.
