You can do this one of two ways.
1.) Cheat the hands. One foot goes along the bracket and hits two notes while the other gets the third. On the quad, have both feet it all four. If this is too hard, then just treat that part like separte notes.
2.) Go on all fours and hit everypanel except the one with the mine.
