UPDATE: I have them all now and while a few do not sync properly with the official simfiles from the sticky they can be fixed by either croping the video by a few seconds (I used Blaze Media Pro) or changing #00004:01 to #00104. The number of seconds varies for me, but it works just fine (BMP can delete single frames too if you need to fine tune the video).
