changes made to rules:
-not using itg3
-random songs for itg will now be 10 and higher only (note that this may change so that 9s are re-added but all songs 10 and higher will occur twice as likely)
-qualifier will be done throughout the day on saturday so that things are ready to go on sunday
-difficulty restrictions on song selections for ITG are lifted
-pack will be posted this weekend.
