According to Nintendo (from Destructoid), they wanted to put the Japanese tracks as unlockables, but couldn't due to memory restrictions.....

Edit: Destructoid has posted a video showing off some of the dub. The same person who made the video also showed off the demo you can get off the Nintendo Channel.

Hmmm, maybe that live performance that Nintendo did at Joystiq was a sign......
