Check out my thread on Rhythmatic. I do not recommend using foam mounting tape because it lasts a couple weeks and then its back to where you started. All the details with pictures though at the above link. Enjoy.

I went and bought that foamies thing and I gotta say it worked wonders, I went from not being able to pass Hot Trill at all to passing it no bar.
