A good indication is to listen to the guitar riffs. When they shift, the tempo often does as well.
In other news, I really hate what they do with the vocals on songs like that. It used to be "say the right words on talky parts to get the phrase," but now it's more like "make noise to get the phrase." It's like they aren't even trying.
