Just today I've seen 5 nissan quests make turns opposite what their signals were saying. 3 prius' cut of semis on the highway going 30. No one knows how to properly yield at a yield sign and each and every one of them can't maintain a normal speed at all anywhere. |

If you think that is bad, then you should come visit the Philippines where traffic and bad drivers form a combination that would bring hell to any motorist here. I take a cue from majority of the Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) drivers and a few snobby private motorists here. In this country, lanes do not exist and many drivers swerve like crazy.
Worse is that many people do not really take a driving exam.....as many would resort to just bribing the Transport officials in order to grant you a license (i.e. hiring fixers).
It's sad really and I really wonder if this will ever change in the near future.
