I'm not sure if this has been answered yet (I am sorry if it has) but I was looking through JPN and US versions of DDR and the cases for the games look like they have a lot more anime in the JPN versions.

If you have tried the Japan versions are the animations in the game and the game play itself more revolved around anime?

I am just wondering because I love anime and if there is generally more anime inspired things in the Japanese versions I would import them.
