This news just made my day. All these shoot em ups are what finally convinced me to buy a 360 in the first place. DeathSmiles just came out today (i think) but I chose the cheap shipping so it'll be a while before I get it.

dodonpachi daioujou black label was not ported by Cave, but by 5pb, which as far as I know hasnt had any experience with shmups before. They said they're working on a patch for bugs, but its still lame to release the game unpolished especially after delaying it twice. They're also handling the port of Ketsui, which has me a little worried.
Fortunately, Mushihimesama Futari and DeathSmiles are being ported by Cave, so I'm assuming they will be better quality.
I'm guessing the DLC will be the Black Label version, just like what they're doing with DeathSmiles.
