pop'n DASC's are just as good as a DAO, i've played on both them
i still get good scores with my pop'n DASC and it's works after 3 years of playing on it
but i will agree with zorahk Steve is pretty much done with taking orders, so you might as well get a DAO it's a little expensive cause it's coming from China
