As long as all the buttons work and it sounds like they do, you shouldn't have any issue. If you go into Control Panel->Game Controllers->Properties and do the test thing, if all the buttons work properly when you press them, you shouldn't have any issue. I imagine you're using JoyToKey to map the button presses to keys for the 'other' program you were trying to use on the PC? Are you sure you have JoyToKey setup properly with the keypresses assigned matching what you did in the config for the 'other' program? It sounds like what you have should work, not sure of other converters as to which ones are reliable anymore. |
