yaay I'm glad somebody made this thread. I was going to last week in anticipation of the finale, because none of my friends are interested enough or caught up enough to discuss each week's current episode.
I'm honestly kind of disappointed that it was all in his head. I mean, that's sort of clever for keeping up the sexual tension or whatever, but at the same time it's like a cop-out. I mean, how do you hallucinate that your hallucinations go away for a day?
Also, either Cameron and Chase's marriage was planned to happen ridiculously soon, or House had hallucinations for many more days/weeks than it looks like in the episode.
