I usually just use Goldwave to do the duty. Most times I have to zoom in on areas I want to cut loops out of, though.
Course that's the unprofessional approach but I didn't say I was a pro at it either, just what works that was passable and loops well enough to get by. I mean
this'll give you an idea of dropping five minutes to less than two w/ Goldwave.
