Hmm, this is unexpected. when i got my adapter in the mail, apparently the DVI port on my monitor is specialized and doesn't fit normal ones. Dell....

also. i just tested the component cables i got on an LCD TV we have in the house and it doesn't seem to work right on IIDX anyway. i was testing it with IIDX 5th style. the PS2 itself works with the cables, i get the Playstation 2 logo thing at the start, then the screen flickers 1 or 2x, then my tv tells me that display is not supported.

i tried other games like thunder force VI and pop'n 9 and they worked fine but as for IIDX i tested 5 and 6 and both apparently don't support component cables

btw from what i've seen the display looks like shit even with the component cables. and yes i can notice the delay you mentioned
