The OLED screen, HDMI port and FM Radio are neat IMHO. Still, the content access may not yet be as solid (if it can be as good as the itunes store)......but we'll know more about it soon enough hehe
Likewise, I hope Apple steps it when they'll announced updates to the Ipod Touch later on this year. Competition is good indeed
