It isn't. I was just my pointing of the reviews done by rival TV motoring show Fifth gear. I think if I remember right, Top Gear also did a review on ICE systems back then (in one of the earlier seasons).

And I do like the races with supercars versus fast trains (like the Nissan GTR versus Japan Bullet Train special which was epic IMHO )
