I'm looking for some tips from someone who plays with a similar finger position.
I'm trying to beat more 11s these days, I think I can play 2 or 3 of them on a good day, and from what I've read it seems like there are a lot of other people here that are in the same place as me. To give you an idea of where im at, I can beat AA [h] and Dirty of Loudness [h], barely.
anyway, I think the key (as I always hear) is to have a flexible playing style. I dont have any problems with my right hand:
4: r index
5: r thumb
6: r middle
7: r ring
and thats pretty solid for me, unless it gets too crazy and i have to hit 4 with my left index.
My problems are all with my left (scratching) hand. Its all good until I have to do a lot of scratching in one place, so like if there is 10 scratches in a row and a bunch of scales at the same time I get raped.
Here's what it looks like:
1: l ring
2: l middle
3: l index
pinky scratch
when I have to scratch and hit 1 and 2 at the same time, I use my thumb to hit 1, but that can get pretty messy.
So does anyone have any ideas of what changes I can make, so I can finally beat some more 11s? it seems like ive been playing 10s forever.

Well from my opinion your current playstyle seems to be quite good atm (that's just my opinion though, don't take it from me alone though hehe). I'm not sure as to what I can suggest.....
Perhaps though, since you've said that you use your left thumb on 1, maybe you could also use it for 3 as well. Since you've mentioned that you use your right thumb for 5, then you could also do the same for your left hand by using l thumb for 3 (sorta makes it symmetrical).
Anyways, that's a common suggestion anyways (you may choose to follow it or not as that is up to you)
