I'd say that Spiral Galaxy [b] wouldn't be a hard 12 to pass, depending on how well you deal with trills and high note density. Same deal with Troopers [b] if you're good with scratching and roll a good random.
Emphasize how subjective a list for passing difficulty is. For perspective the second 12* I ever passed was eRAseRmOToRpHAntOM [A], a full year before I could pass the likes of Golden Cross [A] and I still can't nail that end in Due Tomorrow [A]. People always recommended One or Eight [A] as an easy 12* to me but I stopped counting when I finally got that one.
