Ah I'm not sure whether you got this right. Just to make it clear:
- Hidden songs are unlocked by leveling up, not DJ Points.
- All songs can be played up to 3x per day, 99x for premium members, and this limit can be raised for individual songs using DJ Points.
- You can play songs you haven't unlocked by joining other players' rooms, but the 3x limit still applies. If you join a room which plays a song that you have reached the limit for, a 300 COIN penalty applies.
