(or by credit card or something thats secure)

Cellphone
Credit Card
KSSN Date of issue
ID from your PC??? (i have no idea on this one)
Faxing/Sending in your Identification

and they dont ask you to confirm if the KSSN is under 18 years of age
so maybe that's why
