Well, different people have different approaches to what you are asking for. Hence you may get different results so it's best to find one that suits your needs IMHO.
Still, if you ask me, then here's how I'd approach it (playing on 1P side as well):
1- right thumb
3- right index
scratch/TT - you can use your whole left hard or any finger(s) of it
