technika @ AI will still be the best experience though, once the network goes up.
personally i live around the block from irvine boomers but i'd much rather not go there for technika... i only went there a couple of nights to practice so once AI got their technika machine, i dont have to suck XD not to mention it's much cheaper at AI to play! (point system at irvine boomers is a ripoff if you don't buy $25+ worth of points)
