Oh that page, yeah I read that PDF. It talks about banned substances and stuff. I wouldn't worry too much about any of that. If you have a good shipper or customs broker, they will handle stuff for you.
Anyway, no a call forwarding service isn't good enough. You want a full on international calling plan.
