Testing for Broken Files My secondary hard drive gave out, so I spent the weekend doing what I could to recover the important things. There are apparently bad sectors sprinkled on my drive, and I was able to recover a large amount of files despite that. However, stupid me forgot to enable logging with the programs I'm using, so I have no idea which files were only partially recovered. I found a worrying count of 0-byte files, but I'm also sure that there are other files that only made it out halfway. Is there a program that can, say, scan files for large swathes of zeroes indicative of damage?
