I believe you are talking about 1 of two files...
1. The 16th training (or something like that), posted on WinDEU's Youtube. Its about 2 hours long with just 16th streams for the 2 hours. Music is just random talking. He did not release it.
2. Denjin K L.E.D. album. Thats right, a whole 2 disc album to play on in the groove. Good luck passing. Never released either.
