Hello, Im playing this game for around 6 months, but I never reached a judge of 100%. Is this a bug or what? Version is 1.23

I played every lvl 1 and lvl 2 chart on 4k and I get ALWAYS 99.9% Judge. Even on the song "Can We Talk" (lvl2 4k) I reached just 99.9%. I did also a video with fraps and I couldnt find any 90%... Is there any solution or am I the first one with this problem?
