The Beatmania JKOC is cheaper, and would be able to play the PS2 versions of IIDX if you plan on playing them. Also, DJ MAX Trilogy has key modes other than 8 Button, so you'd still be able to play some charts for it if you used a IIDX controller.
I do not have any experience with the Muse-on controller, and I do not know if it is good or worth the price. This is just from someone who has a US KOC.

This topic seems like it may be better suited to the simulation or DJ MAX forum, though.
