I myself can't tell you the specifics, but Glenn Beck himself says that he's shifting more and more Libertarian. There
are a group of Republicans that fall under as Libertarian-Conservative -- pushing for smaller government but keeping traditional conservative values. Think Ron Paul's political outlook for a basis.
