I wouldn't necessarily call it inaccurate, rather it's more of an estimate. You could say the same about those machines at the gym that tell you how many calories you've burned. You may even burn a little bit more because your heart is still pumping away between songs, plus the energy you use to select a song. IIRC, the Ultramixes were the only ones that actually monitored this part too. I don't know if the newer DDRs do this as well. |
