It's not a coincidence.... is a fact!
Every single release involves the edition of some graphics. Sometimes I delete a graphic file and replace it with a redir file.... and sometimes I change my mind and get some of those graphics back and the redir files get deleted in the process, but you must know that this process occur over random files (most of them relative to the screen select music).
This issue cannot be fixed, because I always change ramdom files, producing the duplicate file effect when updating the theme.

This issue was discovered long time ago... maybe december of 2003 or january of 2004... Due to the amount of people that was complaining for the duplicated file error, I had to do something about it and that was exactly what I did, first downloading the theme and its updates and then installing it in the release date order....and.... surprise!!.... duplicated files were found and I had to make a full version of the theme including all the updates.
Unless I have learned about that problem, nothing is gonna change and I can assure you that this kind of issues will happen once and again.
PD:
The released themes were packed from the latest tested build and the inconsistences found between versions are something natural.
That's why I only make full releases and not patches or update packs, even if they're betas.
