Qwest I believe, though we're subscribed through a company called Digital Bridge iirc. It's a big mess due to the old local provider being bought out and hardly anyone out here really gives a damn about the internet. I'm led to believe that if the ladder is climbed far enough we're going through ATT since I couldn't access /b/ for the time period that ATT was blocking it.

Yeah, IE, FF, Opera 10. They all just sit there and do their version of "waiting for ..." As for the right-click, save as... method, it does the same thing. In firefox's case, the download window comes up and it just says "Starting download." Plus some of these private sites that use a php form to retrieve the torrent causes the .php file to be downloaded which doesn't do me any good. Same problem with download managers as well. The .torrent won't download and sites using the php form will end up downloading the .php file.
