Depends on what kind of KOC you want;
If you want the US KOC, then your best bet is Amazon.com since not only does it come with the US Beatmania game, they're selling at a really cheap price.
However, if you want the JP KOC for some reason, play-asia.com is your best bet, but they are kinda pricey.
