When I was using the default marker, I was getting A's and B's. As soon as I changed to Shutter I improved 100k immediately.
When the shutter is almost closed, the word TOUCH will appear (although dissembled). On the next frame the shutter will completely close and the word will merge as well. Try going into marker change screen and just stare at it for a few seconds and you'll know.
On slow songs I wait until I see the word TOUCH and move my hand, by the time my hand arrives(?) the shutter would have been totally closed and get a perfect.
On faster songs it's more beat and feeling but if I use a different marker like egg or flower, my score goes down by 50k easily so knowing the timing of the marker really helps. |
