I am definitely no expert on this subject though. Based on what I know though, this type of thing where you use adjectives or personal attributes as the basis of your Japanese name (if you are non-Japanese) is not that effective or suggested.

For Chinese names given to non-Chinese people, this thing can work though. For example, my name is John. However, my Chinese name is
唐威力
Mandarin: tang wei li
or
Cantonese: tong wai lik

Which gives relation to someone who has 'strength' and 'prestige' lolz

So in summary, this could work for Chinese names but for Japanese names, it's best to use something else.
