If it's just the keyboard:

Open up the Keyboard piece (release button on bottom, then 6 screws on the bottom of the black keyboard piece, then 2 screws on the circuit board) and see if there are any cracks, or if the place where the plunger makes contact with the board is worn. Either way, dab a little bit of rubbing alcohol on the plungers and the contact area to get them clean.

If it's the TT also, open up the back of the whole KOC (purple part) and see if anything's loose/broken. Take pics maybe.
