What you need to do is go into your button configuration in PPJOY and add those inputs. There should be a listing for 'analog' and 'digital' inputs. I believe by default, it only adds 9 inputs on each. Add inputs 10-13 on your controller in both the 'analog' and 'digital' page of inputs and it should open up all the buttons to register as presses. Also, delete any POV hats that are set up (I believe default is 1) as this causes directional input that will mess with your button presses.
