If the EZ2ON site requests permission to install ActiveX components or add-ons, just allow them and you should be fine.
Your system may not have the required .NET framework 3.5 for the launcher. If so, download it from Microsoft:
Download details: .NET Framework 3.5 Service pack 1
So when you click Game Start, is there at least some message window or something?
