You spelt my username wrong fyi, but regardless, I find it highly amusing that an arcade would be dumb enough to spend thousands of dollars importing a machine and yet refuse an upgrade that costs
50-100 dollars tops.
I also find it highly amusing that none of the players there have mentioned this to them nor complained for a newer version of the game.
At this point, that gameworks is the only machine in the country which is running 15, everything else is either 14 and below (eg: upgrading would be thousands of dollars) or 16.
And people wonder why the american arcade industry has been in the toilet for the past 15 years..
