cobalts are awful. i still don't understand how anyone likes them. whether or not they're good, they're also not worth $300 at all and don't have native pc support (or any ps3 support afaik) like this guy wants.
anyway, try plugging the pad into another pc or ps3 and see if the down arrow responds then. if so, it's your computer's problem. if not, hope it's under warranty and see if you can trade it in to the manufacturer for a new one. |
