The blue arrow/8th syndrome that affects it and Kimono Princess is unnecessary. They can have the stops and whatever, but at least speed it up to get it back to a 4th note on the beat.
I agree on the shock arrows. The concept isn't that bad except they seem more sensitive than mines. It's the fading and noise that really seem excessive.
Lastly, they should have used a different set of songs for the ES/OMES. ES could have been the evolved series, and depending on which songs you picked first, you got one of the versions for ES. OMES KP is fine. DEGRS has no place in any ES system unless they revived the standard lifebar with pressure, and Paranoia Respect/Max.(period) could have been thrown in there as well.
In reply to the comments about the JP version:
Hopefully the JP version is a throwback to previous DDRs with some good revivals. I know this one has been beaten to death, but since they went back and re-licensed original songs for the X-edits, it would be nice to get the last few songs like Petit Love and A Minute on a CS version. It would also be nice to see some unlock system that could identify old saves from other JP CS and provide artwork/songs/charts from that style.
