NOT liking this law AT ALL. The reason you have to be over 18 to star in porn films is because otherwise it's statuatory rape. Which, of course, is illegal. In loli/hentai, there is no one to give or deny consent. This is because THERE ARE NO REAL PEOPLE. So to impose this restriction is bullshit.
Now, this begs the question... what counts as sexually explicit? I need a legal definition here.
