This (if it's legit, which is questionable) is kind of the worst bullshit I have ever heard in my life. But it's going to kind of be really really hard to enforce, isn't it? Seeing as, erm, the characters in hentai AREN'T REAL, they don't actually have real ages, so that's pretty easy to change. "Oh no she's 18. She's just short and has no boobs." What can be done about that?
Also, my favorite H site is UK based, so... ^_^;;;
