Nobody has quoted any part of the law that says that loli art would be illegal, so I'm going to go on the record as saying that I have read through the relevant sections of it more closely and it appears to be just a clarification/expansion of that law on the books saying that if you have sexually explicit pictures of people on your website, you have to have proof of age, regardless of whether the picture was edited. So, if you have a relatively/completely innocent picture of a girl and photoshop it to be sexual, you're subject to the same proof of age requirements as if it was unmodified. Basically. If it's art, there aren't any performers to prove the age of and you aren't subject to the law YOU DUMB FUCKING CUNTS.
I may be wrong though, someone please correct me if I am. Cite the appropriate text from the law, though, or I have no way of knowing whether you're just making shit up.
