Skipping breakfast bad, Pizza is loaded with fat, and Subway is only good if you initially burn it quickly enough before it turns into lipids. As for the muscle milk because initially ITG and DDR is mostly cardio work you really shouldn't be drinking muscle milk afterwards because the amount of muscle tear that the game produces is like.....not enough.
